The Airfield Chardonnay evokes intriguing aromas of fresh pear, honeydew melon, butterscotch, and smoked pecans. The wine enters the palate with a slightly creamy mouthfeel; secondary flavors of spiced apples, toasted marshmallow, marzipan and hints of minerality.
The finish is smooth, providing well-balanced structure that showcases the perfect harmony of acidity, fruit and oak.

Pairs well with Roast Lobster with Tarragon-Lemon Butter, Braised Pork with Pearl Onions and Grapes, Fresh Corn Soufflé with Bacon and Comté, Brie or Camembert

Dark fruit aromas are interwoven with complex layers of sandalwood and seared leather. The full-bodied palate is robust, yet remarkably elegant with secondary flavors of salted toffee, blackberry, cocoa powder and sweet pipe tobacco.

Finishing off with remarkably smooth and structured tannins, the balanced acidity accentuates the dark berry with jam like flavors, leaving a finish that lingers on the palate for an incredible length.

Goes well with Grilled Steak with Salsa Verde, Beef Tagliata, Arugula and Trevisana Salad, Port Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs, Sharp White Cheddar or Roquefort.

A rich and full-bodied Syrah displays aromas of dark plums, sweet cassis melded with hints of orange oil, soy sauce and peppered wild game. The palate displays silk like texture with flavors of baker’s chocolate, blackberry cobbler, salted toffee, and a touch of black olive tapenade.
The wine has a flesh like finish that lingers with beautiful notes of oak and a touch of wet stone.

Goes well with Rib-Eye Steak au Poivre, Leg of Lamb Shawarma, Cider-Maple Pork Chops with Woodland Bitters Compote, Edam or Parmesan.

Displaying colors of goldenrod, this Chardonnay elicits a bouquet of floral notes, honey, green apple and light butterscotch. The flavors exhibit subtle, creamy, Gravenstein apple with a touch of nectarine and guava on the finish.

In fire-fighting parlance, a “tillerman” steers the back of a hook & ladder truck. Our founder, Cecil De Loach, held this position in the San Francisco Fire Department. The Tillerman red blend exhibits a deep purple, with notes of ripe wild berries, black cherry, and baking spices on the nose. Layered flavors of black currant and raspberry lead to a long finish of spice and dusty cocoa.

This Estate Pinot Noir has an aroma as expressive as its deep red garnet color, with a vibrant violet and plum essence. Succulent red fruit delivers upon each sip, while the palate evolves with trace toffee tannins, vanilla, and sweet blueberry.

A classic full-bodied Cabernet that evokes dark fruit aromas of black cherry, cassis, red currant. The palate shows weight, soft tannins, and balanced acidity with rich, lingering flavors consisting of smoked dates and bramble berry. The finish accentuates the wine’s structure leaving long lasting notes of toasted oak and dark berry tertiary flavors

Pairs well with Rosemary-Pepper Beef Rib Roast with Porcini, Blue Cheese Burgers, Broiled Pork Chops with Sun-Dried Tomato & Chipotle Pesto, Aged Cheddar, Camembert or Roquefort.

Aquarius Chardonnay displays an elegance of light gold and creamy apple-lemon brulee aromas. Maintaining a crisp, yet silken palate of butterscotch and citrus notes, this chardonnay finishes firmly with hints of tangy mandarin and light-toasted almond.

A Bordeaux blend that exudes style and class in this full-bodied blend. Rich aromas of black current, black cherry cola with hints of baking spices. The palate is powerful with silky tannin structure leading into secondary flavors of toasted sandalwood and fresh pipe tobacco with an array of dark berry flavors. Sweet, toasted oak elements leaves the palate with a lingering and lush finish. 

Goes well with Beef Bourguignon, Roasted Rack of Lamb, Pan-Seared Sirloin.

Single vineyard selection from the Stegman Ranch, was created from a hand picked selection of 12 barrels and was aged 10 months on 40% new French oak. 

The 100% Pinot Noir displays a deep burgundy color while offering aromas of fresh truffle and dried strawberry. The balanced palate features depth and ripe fruit, highlighted by candied black cherry and dried tobacco. The finish is subtle bringing to life nuanced notes of currant, rhubarb and chocolate.
