Kia Ora Sauvignon Blanc. This juicy and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc features aromas of passionfruit and lime zest. The palate balances bright acidity with flavors of passionfruit, nectarine and herbal notes. The fruit forward flavors end with a crisp finish.

An expressive bouquet of lime zest, punchy herbs and gooseberry. The fleshy fruit core is focussed by a backbone of lively acidity, carrying classic varietal characters to a lengthy finish.

Recognisably salmon pink in colour, The Ned Pinot Gris showcases classic aromas of quince, pear drop and vibrant stonefruit. The palate is lush with juicy nectarine and Braeburn flavours supported by an underlying hint of spice that leads to an unctuous ripe finish.

A fine, balanced pinot gris that is very approachable with lovely fresh aromatics of honeysuckle, pear, and honeydew melon all leading to a nice rich palate that finishes with a balancing touch of spice and refreshing acidity.

Sourced from our own Gisborne vineyards, this elegant and easily approachable Sauvignon Blanc is softer and more refined than its ‘zestier’ Marlborough counterpart. Gisborne’s warmer climate, coastal influence and fertile soils enable us to produce a softer, more delicate style of Sauvignon Blanc with layers of ripe fruit and subtle savoury nuances.

Delightfully fruited and nicely lifted, the bouquet shows Granny Smith apple, mango, kiwifruit and lemon peel aromas, leading to a juicy palate that's lively and flavoursome. Upfront and tasty with plenty of youthful fruit flavours.

Dashwood Pinot Gris perfectly balances enticing aromatics with firm minerality. It has a richly structured palate and is full of luscious jasmine, citrus and pear.

The wine offers lovely fragrant aromas of poached pear, jasmine, peach and subtle spice on the nose, followed by a beautifully rounded palate that is fruit expressive and smooth. The wine delivers excellent varietal characters with a lingering refreshing finish.

Dashwood Sauvignon Blanc displays a pale straw hue with a green edge. Punchy Sauvignon Blanc aromas show the elements from these two major sub regions of Marlborough.

The cool weather of the Awatere Valley brings out the brilliant aromatics in Pinot Gris. The bouquet of is a beautiful compilation of fresh Doyenne du Comice pear intertwined with hints of honeysuckle and spice. The palate is rich, with bright fresh acidity and attractive red apple and pear flavours. Along finish with natural notes of saline minerality.

Dashwood Pinot Noir displays a dark ruby red colour with inviting aromas of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry. Red fruits carry to the generous and juicy palate with hints of spice and smooth elegant tannins giving the wine length and poise. Paired perfectly with fresh pasta or smokey BBQ dishes.

Pale straw color. Aromas of fresh asparagus, marjoram, passion fruit, magnolia blossom, and marmalade with a round, lively, fruity medium body and a tingling, complex, long meyer lemon and candied ginger finish with no oak flavor.

A luscious and aromatic wine, demonstrating the beauty of cool-climate vineyards. Intense, vibrant, lively and concentrated, this elegant wine is the perfect accompaniment to salmon, poultry, veal, pork or mushroom dishes. A stunner from a great vintage!

Delicious aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry liquorice and dried oregano with a fragrant all spice lift. The fleshy, sweet-fruited palate boasts opulent tannins, notes of smoky French oak and a long juicy finish.

Vivid aromas of white peach, candied grapefruit and ginger result from partial botrytis infection of ripe Sauvignon Blanc fruit. The palate is plush and sweet upfront with a lingering finish of citrus and fresh beeswax.

Kōpū Hawke’s Bay Syrah is a beautifully handcrafted wine with elegance, style and texture. Dark purple in colour, it shows sweet violet aromas on the nose and just a hint of spice. Dark fruit flavours are on display on the palate, with supple tannins and a savoury finish. 

Enjoy with roast lamb, aged cheeses, and grilled meats and vegetables.

Pale straw, Bright, fresh, citrus driven sauvignon, with elements of honeydew melon, pears and gala apples in the background. A very pure, yet restrained, classic sauvignon expression. The citrus core of flavours are juicy and intense. Deliciously refreshing saline acidity and mellow rounded texture on the finish.

The wine calls for fresh, simple seafood, but as usual, can be enjoyed on its own.

This is stunning; the intensely aromatic bouquet shows passionfruit, feijoa, Granny Smith apple and lemon zest characters. It's equally impressive on the palate, delivering excellent fruit concentration and purity, wonderfully complemented by fine texture and bright acidity, finishing gorgeously long and delicious.

Food Pairing: An ideal match with Marlborough's Green Lip mussels, seared paua or a delicate goat's cheese salad.

Vavasour Chardonnay displays bright aromas of white peach, brioche, and nectarine. The palate is a rich & silky balance of stone fruit, creamy acidity, and a lingering minerality found in all Vavasour white wines. 

A wine full of fresh herbal aromas and layers of ripe guava and tropical fruit. Gooseberries and passion fruit on the medium-full body; the palate is succulent and crisp with a long flavoursome finish.

Superbly refreshing served chilled on a sunny day, this is also a great match for meat or vegetarian stuffed peppers.

Vavasour Papa Pinot Noir has a generous palate of dark cherry, plum, and violets. A savoury complexity and silky smooth finish speaks clearly of the Awatere Valley. 

Single Vineyard PAPA Chardonnay [ previously Vavasour Anna ] from the Awatere Valley is a lively, elegant, serious Chardonnay.
The grapes for this wine are carefully selected and hand-picked. The fruit is then whole bunch pressed to seasoned French oak and fermented with indigenous yeast and aged 14 months

The palate is elegant in proportion, but very concentrated with fresh, bright citrus fruits that have a luscious note, some tropical fruit hints, nutty oak and racy, minerally acidity. Very fine textures carry the line to a long nutty, toast infused citrus fruit finish.

Match with grilled seafood and poultry

This is one of the great Pinot Noirs coming out of Central Otago, a region in the centre of the South Island which has developed an enviable reputation for producing elegant age-worthy wines. With fresh, ripe morello-cherry flavours, it also has structure and tangy acidity.
