To accentuate the lemon and lime varietal character of the Chardonnay grape the wine is unoaked, yet extended lees ageing and battonage softens the acidity and add layers of texture and a hint of creaminess. A fresh yet complex and beautifully balanced English Chardonnay.

A delicate and inviting rose petal pink, with a finely beaded sparkle. A lively pink grapefruit character is accented with defined notes of wild strawberry and a subtle herbaceousness.

This blend uses grapes from Hush Heath's newest vineyard, planted in 2002, for a fresh, fruit-forward style. It is a well-made wine with a fresh, fine mousse and crisp acidity. There's lemon balm, white flower and green apple notes plus a hint of red berry fruit on the tight palate.

A classic cool climate Pinot Noir, delicately aromatic with red berry fruits, cherry, raspberry and spicy vanilla with soft but firm tannins.

An intriguing balance between old and new world and a wine with exciting ageing potential. A fresh palate with hints of grapefruit, green apple and cinnamon. Skillful use of oak has produced a wine of great intensity, complexity and purity. The finish is long, with lime and salty notes.

Bright gold with attractive pink highlights and a fine sustained head. On the nose fresh and clean with hints of brioche and red apple. Beautifully balanced with crisp acidity, refreshing flavors of lime and redcurrant then a touch of sweetness on the finish.

A wine of ying and yang, the traditional ripe Blanc de Noir flavours of red apple and blackcurrant combine with linear, tangerine citrus, and oyster shell. This is a characteristically Balfour wine with wonderful tension, vibrancy and complexity.

Brilliant white gold, with a fine sustained bead & mousse. Clean and fresh with a touch of autolysis, white pepper and dried herbs. Vibrant and increasingly complex. Dry with a steely lime acidity. Citrus and apple notes precede the characteristic slightly salty Hush Heath finish.
