Volpi Piemonte Moscato Bianco, Italy
You can drink buckets of this! Beautifully grapey nose and medium sweet, crunchy, fresh Muscat palate, with more fizz than a spritz, but less than a full sparkle. The wine equivalent of a sorbet for cleansing the palate.
Food Pairing: Enjoy by itself – at any time with no particular food, as an aperitif. A must with desserts, perfect with fresh fruit (strawberries especially) and also interesting with aged or blue cheese.
