Detailed Tasting Notes

Medium dry white wine

Charming lime flower and citrus blossom aromas, some natural sugar was left unfermented to balance and enhance this wines long minerally flavours.

This selected Vouvray is made from the best vats at Domaine Vauvert. Each vat is vinified separately and then blended under the guidance of Angela Muir MW with Champteloup oenologist, Serge de Bucy, to ensure charming lime flower and citrus blossom aromas.

Enjoy as an aperitif, with spicy seafood dishes or with light desserts such as strawberries and cream.
