On the palate the wine opens with an unctuous mouth filling attack, but still shows fresh and balanced and without any hint of heaviness. Primary dark fruit remains ever present and a super fine tannin frame pins in the fruit just enough to provide a clear target for the line of travel and ensures the fruit lingers long on the end of the palate. Tightly coiled in its youth and will benefit from a decant.
