This 55 hectare property is one of the regions most traditional producers, making 10,000 cases of quite full bodied, dense and tannic wine that can take 10 years to start to show its best. They also make around 8,000 of cases of Reflets, their second wine, which whilst still a traditional ‘cigar box and cedar’ style, is less tannic and dense and consequentially more approachable.

De-stemmed and lightly crushed. Fermented in a mixture of stainless steel and wooden vats at 26C with daily pumping over. 28 days maceration. Run off to oak barrels (a third new) for 20 months ageing. Egg white fined and lightly filtered.
