A clean, well balanced and straightforward white that’s made from 80% Grenache Blanc, 15% Clairette and 5% Bourboulenc, the 2015 Chateauneuf du Pape Olivier Ravoire Blanc has lots of stone fruits and white flowers, medium-bodied richness, nicely integrated acidity and a clean finish.
This white of the appellation of Châteauneuf du Pape, with its grape variety with the majority Grenache, supplemented by the vines clairette and Bourboulenc offers fruit and an opulence without equal.
An expressive and complex nose where the honeysuckle notes of citrus and peaches of vines blend. Fresh and ample mouth with in final all the expression of the minerality of this wine.
